JPR Omni is centralized in New York City and established in 16 markets across the country and internationally.  The agency represents some of Broadway's top talent, provides mentorship and management to independent entertainment professionals and curates a collection of projects in the United States, Canada and Europe.  The company is headed by Josh Parkin-Ring a 30 year veteran in the Entertainment Industry ranging from a commercial child actor, nightclub owner to a Broadway Stage Manager.

- Owner, JPR Omni Interests
Mr. Parkin is the Managing Partner of JPR Omni Interests, an integrated entertainment agency that specializes in small to moderate productions with an emphasis on development, promotion and performance. JPR Omni has four divisions in sixteen markets across the United States, Canada and Europe. JPR Omni New York has represented talent such as Anita Gillette, Andromeda Turre, Cher, Mary J Blige, SONY Music and Macy's Entertainment Group to name a few. To date, Mr. Parkin has over 250 entertainment credits in various capacities. In 2008, he returned to the membership of Actors’ Equity Association as a Stage Manager for Seussical and continued onto Broadway’s Legally Blonde and Rock of Ages. After interning for Universal Pictures during the San Francisco workshop and preview of Wicked. He returned to Florida to work on Busch Garden Tampa Bay’s award-winning and critically acclaimed KaTonga produced by Town Square Productions and Busch Entertainment Corporation. Mr. Parkin returns annually to the New York Musical Theatre Festival, FringeNYC Festival, DreamUp Fest!, and Midtown Theater Festival as a Production Stage Manager. He also provides general management support for several developmental theatricals. Since 2013 Mr. Parkin is one of the senior captains for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade which is televised worldwide every November--a childhood dream. From 2001 until 2008 he was the controlling partner of the 10,000 sq.ft Metropolis-Matrix-Zodiac, Inc. in Orlando, Florida. This state-of-the-art nightclub complex hosted theme parties four nights a week entertaining up to 3,600 patrons. The complex also hosted many award-winning corporate events from the nearby Orange County Convention Center. In 2003, Mr. Parkin teamed up with, Curb Records and Party Groove International to produce the first of five compilation album grossing three RIAA Gold Records. He continues to work with several event and party promoters to produce Gay Days Orlando, Divas Live! and Divas Live Tour and special events nationwide and internationally. CHRISTIN EVE CATO - Associate, JPR OMNI New York, The Man from Earth
Miss Cato is New York based artist with a background in performing arts, playwriting, directing, and producing. She is a graduate of Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School for Music and Art and the Performing Arts and of Fordham University. She is a member of the Bats, the resident acting company of the Flea Theater; a Young Patrons of the Arts Circle board member, the Junior Board of Theater Resources Unlimited, and a member of New York Women in Film & Television. Miss Cato is also an active member of Unit52 at the INTAR theater, assisting in developing new works for their New Works Lab. She is also co-founder and producer of Manifest Alchemy, a new platform/community for Independent filmmakers to showcase their talents, specializing in Mini-Movies, documentaries, and web shows.  She is excited to join JPR Omni  as Associate, and is looking forward to using her talents to cultivate exciting productions with the team!

JPR OMNI INTERESTS, LLC Restructuring Information
The founding partners of JPR OMNI Interests, LLC dissolved their ten year partnership on November 6, 2014.  Articles of Dissolution are filled with and Agency resides with The State of Florida, Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations.  Further restructure in the State of New York and foreign business details will be determined at a later date.

JPR OMNI INTERESTS, LLC will commence operation on November 7, 2014 as JPR OMNI INTERESTS, LLC d.b.a JPR OMNI NEW YORK.
